Clipture is designed to help you find better photos inside videos. The app should only access the media, camera, and photo-library features needed for the actions you choose.
Media handling
Frame analysis is intended to run on your device. Your videos and extracted photos are used to create sessions, score candidate frames, and export the photos you keep.
- Imported videos are processed to sample candidate frames.
- Live recording can analyze frames while recording to suggest strong moments.
- Rejected or temporary files may be cleared based on app storage settings.
Permissions
Clipture may ask for access when a feature needs it.
- Camera access enables live recording.
- Photo Library access enables importing videos and saving exported photos.
- Microphone access may be requested when recording video with audio.
Data
The app may store session metadata such as selected mode, candidate scores, review state, and local file references so you can resume work and review your kept photos.
