Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Neatly. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Neatly

Neatly provides tools to help you review and manage content on your device, including media, contacts, files, and storage. You may use Neatly only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

2. Your content and decisions

You remain responsible for all content on your device and for every cleanup, compression, organization, or deletion decision you make. Neatly may present suggestions, but you are responsible for reviewing them before confirming an action.

3. Device permissions

Some features require access to media, files, contacts, or device storage. You choose whether to grant these permissions and can change them in your device settings. If a required permission is not granted, the related feature may not work.

4. Backups and data loss

Although Neatly is designed to make cleanup deliberate and reviewable, no software can guarantee against data loss. Before deleting important items, keep a backup. You use cleanup and deletion features at your own discretion.

5. Compressed and exported media

Compression can change a video’s file size and quality. Neatly allows you to preview the result before deleting an original. You are responsible for confirming that an exported or compressed file meets your needs.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Neatly, address security concerns, or meet technical requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer

Neatly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. Continuing to use Neatly after updated terms take effect means that you accept them.
